Commissioner’s Information

Lotus Rise is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compliant, and personalised Alternative Provision (AP) for young people who need additional support beyond mainstream education. Our approach is centred on meeting individual needs, promoting wellbeing, and helping every learner make meaningful progress.

We maintain strong, transparent relationships with commissioners, schools, and local authorities to ensure that referrals into our provision are smooth, efficient, and aligned with statutory guidance. This collaborative approach allows us to provide the right support at the right time, ensuring each student receives a tailored pathway that meets their unique circumstances.

We deliver bespoke education packages that focus on:

  • Core Learning: GCSEs and Functional Skills in English and Maths.
  • Vocational Courses: NCFE qualifications to support practical and life skills.
  • Holistic Development: Behaviour management, mental health support, and social skills.
  • Work Experience: Real-world opportunities to help students develop employability skills.

Our provision is designed to empower young people to re-engage with education, achieve qualifications, and develop essential life skills.

We provide the following documentation to ensure full transparency and compliance:

We provide some of our Policies and Procedures as downloadable files on our Alternate Provision Policies page.

  • Detailed subject curriculum overviews
  • Assessment and progress monitoring procedures

  • Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in place
  • SENCO-led assessments and tailored education plans
  • Regular safeguarding audits and training

We aim to make the referral and onboarding process as smooth as possible.

Contact our team to discuss your requirements and the suitability of Lotus Rise for your students.

We provide all necessary documentation, including policies, curriculum plans, and risk assessments, for your review.

  • Complete our referral form.
  • Each student undergoes a baseline assessment and
learning observation to create a personalised plan.

Before starting, students will attend an induction to meet their mentor, discuss their learning plan, and set initial goals.

We provide ongoing progress reports and regular communication with commissioners, schools, and families to ensure each student’s success.
